Greg Schackel, MD

Greg Schackel, MD, is a Board Certified in otolaryngologist at Southwestern Colorado Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates. Dr. Schackel received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1985. He completed a surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at University of Utah in 1991.Dr. Schackel specializes in the treatment of children and adults with ear, nose & throat conditions.  As founding owner of Southwestern Colorado Ear, Nose and Throat he has obtained over 40 years of experience in head & neck surgery, facial cancer, sinus, ear, nasal surgeries, tonsillectomies, ear tube placement and Micro chisel ear surgery for removal of bony ear growths aka “Kayakers or Surfers Ear”.
