Anna Kupcha, MD

Dr. Anna Kupcha is an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in eyelid, orbital, and periocular conditions. Dr. Kupcha provides advanced oculoplastic care for patients at Four Corners Eye Clinic in Durango, Colorado.

Dr. Kupcha earned her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School before completing an internal medicine internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. She went on to complete a competitive ophthalmology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center, followed by a prestigious two-year fellowship in Oculofacial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, training under nationally recognized leader Dr. Louise Mawn.

Before relocating to Durango, Dr. Kupcha served as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Boston University School of Medicine, where she practiced as an Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and became service chief in 2022.

Dr. Kupcha has contributed extensively to her specialty through national conference presentations, clinical research, and publications on orbital disease, eyelid disorders, thyroid eye disease, and periocular reconstruction. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
