When not working, David enjoys spending time out on the dirt or in the snow with his wife Amanda and their 6 year old rescue Doberman Pinscher. David also spends time volunteering every year in Guatemala with The Cascade Medical team, an affiliate of Helps International. There, he works with the team to provide anesthesia services to the indigenous people of the Guatemalan Highlands while Amanda installs high-efficiency wood-burning stoves and water filters into the local’s homes.
