Licensed as a general hospital by the State of Colorado, Animas Surgical Hospital opened in December 2004 and is the first physician-owned hospital in Colorado that focuses on surgical health care and diagnostic imaging. Animas Surgical Hospital is owned and managed by a local team of board certified physicians. Our experts specialize in anesthesiology, ear/nose/throat, emergency medicine, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, plastic/reconstructive, podiatry, radiology, and urology.
